(1) Programming error




Process arrangement error, ignoring process relationships, incorrect parameter settings.



For example: 

A. The coordinate is set to the bottom of zero, but in reality, the top is 0;


B. The safety height is too low, resulting in the tool not being able to fully lift the workpiece;


C. The opening amplitude of two times is smaller than the previous one;




Analyze and check the path of the D program;




(2) Program memo error;




For example:

 A. Write unilateral numbers in four squares;


B. Incorrect marking of the protrusion distance or workpiece distance during vise clamping;


C. Missing or incorrect tool length or remarks, resulting in tool collision;


D. The program should be as detailed as possible;


E. The program should be based on the principle of "exchanging old for new": the order to destroy the old program.

(3) Tool measurement error;




For example: 

A. Tool data input does not consider the tool holder;

Program number call error or program has been modified but still handled by the old program;
